Faulty Software...

On the 2130hrs 211213 - £11 £2k Bounty Hunter tonight - My Ax hit an Ace on the Flop making a pair of Aces - yet an openent won the pot with 9x pairing their 9 on the River! - SKY Please investigate - happened approx 2150hrs....2nd or 3rd last hand before the break..

    Hi HOTLIPS
    I doubt its the software, you can check the hand yourself to put your mind at rest 
    Hover over MY Sky POKER above and click HAND HISTORY then click on MORE HISTORY OPTIONS 
    you can then put in the time and date to check your hands
     e.g. between 21.45 to 21.59 on 21/12 13

    Hello Hotlips,

    Just had a look into this, doesn't look like there was an A on the flop/turn/river so the hand has been payed out correctly.
