Play was WAY too passive with a hand that is easily dominated at this level.  Facing a pot bet and a call on that flop you are always going to up against sets, overpairs and nut flush draws.  Easy fold pre after the raise from the blind and if you can't make that one it's a real no brainer folding that flop.  Play bad and you get more bad results

..........but don't mention the 1 card left in the deck that keeps everything live and bumps up the action to maximum, thats irrelevant on this site. Easier to deflect that matter to the standard of play on 0.02 -0.04 cash table with a pot of £12 quid. (those quads are everywhere) :p

Pre flop is a little loose in a 3-bet pot. Generally players only 3-bet pre with hands that crush you. Post flop, just calling is horrible, this is an uber easy jam. Just calling on the flop you lose a lot of equity if we brick the turn. Shoving post flop will be the optimal line as this is where we have the most equity in the hand, esp with all the money in the pot already...

All in all its just played too loosely pre and too passivly post flop.

shoving 3.50£ to win 10£ we only need approx 30% equity for the shove to be +EV.   VS JJ we have 54% equity. vs QQ we have 47% equity. vs AA we have 37% equity. vs a set we have 26% equity. So this is clearly a no brain shove ( as our equity here will be higher than it is on the turn). Folding here we might aswell put a match to our money. Its just super ul to be up against a bigger draw and a set. Also players calling 3 bet ranges can be uber wide, so we can't just assume that there is a higher draw out there.....obv we should be folding pre but post flop ..lol never
