winter land promotion qualified but cant get in

am I the only person who has qualified for the ultimate and super freerolls but cant get entered ,ive been on chat 3 times and every time fobbed off with excuses , sky supposed to phone me about this out 3 times ,tried phoning  had the same problem no member of the poker teams available.

I had a slight problem like this. Spoke to one of the Poker Team forum members such as Sky_Jordan and he sorted it in a matter of minutes. If I were you I'd try and get hold of him or one of the others. Whether they are working on a Sunday afternoon is anyones guess though.

go talk to live chat if u got to account the deposit it should be a tab at the bottem there sort it out.

I suspect you haven't met the criteria for others but I presume you believe you have

I got an email on the 19th saying I had already qualified for the cash giveaway , played most nights after that making sure I made 50 points got over 1900 points over 27 days

Got an answer via email from Sky Jordan

TONY509 has only qualified for the Cash Giveaway which he has been entered into.

Hope that helps, looks like he only registered an hour ago so this may have been resolved.
