Bet sizing

Hi,

I just want to know if I played this hand ok, I'm not worried about the outcome but for future reference. Did I raise pre enough? And my bets there after. Reads where w was quite active and I was sure he would push any strong made hands or strong draws so that is the reason for my click 3 bet on the flop. Should I have just flatted the flop reraise to keep in bluffs and weak pairs? I thought I needed to raise here on such a coordinated board not for protection but for value as I'm sure he could have a lot of hands to continue on this board.

I'd prob go 60p pre, I generally do 3x + 1 for each limper so 6x in this case after 3 limps.

Might go a tad more on flop, like £1.20 especially with so many people seeing the flop. If you're gonna 3bet the flop I'd probably go a bit bigger, you've literally done a clickback (I think) which imo completely signposts that you have a set.

Bet much bigger on the flop, like £1.60-70. Dream situation you flop the almost nuts, againt 4 players.

Betting £1 or £1.20 you are just pricing every1 in with a draw.

Almost always hate the click-back without specific dynamics.

Readless, are we clicking back AK, KdQd, AT, etc.? Probably not. As Lambert says, clicking back probably turns our hand face-up.

I know what you are both saying and as I made the bet I didnt like it. The reason I put the hand up was that bet. But I did have a feeling from previous hands he could (not would) shove here with a hand. I was more worried that as you said it would telegraph my hand and chase away his weak hands and bluffs.
