not seeing flop in freeroll

I just played a £300 timed freeroll.
In one hand I folded pre flop but 2 players played it out.
I could not see the flop or turn card but did see the river.
The four cards just didn't appear.

I can't be sure but I think the hand was 731049689.

I was playing on the download.

    I had exactly the same problem playing the same event, 7pm £300 freeroll. Missed about 4 hands when the flop did not show, closed the download app and reopened and after a couple of hands it was ok. Very weird.

    Prett sure it's because you have DC'd for a brief moment. This also happens when i get moved tables

    Hi All,

    Thank you for the feedback and especially the hand number. This is something that we will certainly investigate. 

    If this is something that you experience again please leave hand numbers so that we can look into the issue. It would be very useful to have a screenshot if this does occur so that we can share it with our development team. As above if you could also confirm if you were playing on the download client or web browser that would be good. 

    The more information that we can get on this the better.
