Donwnload problems and playing via website

I have played using the download since I joined the site but recently had a problem and had to uninstall it. Since then I have been unable to reinstall. I've tried deleting cookies and temporary internet files and even reinstalling adobe but every time I try it just says 'problem installing please contact supplier' or something like that.
I tried Sky technical but, to be honest, on this occassion they didn't seem to be much help. Suggesting it is a problem my end not theirs. OK so it might be but being more IT 'techy' than me maybe they could try and offer some suggestions?
Anyway as a result of that I have been playing via the website and I must say I prefer it. There doesn't seem to be as much lag or connection problems.
So basically does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get it reinstalled or do some of you also prefer to play via the website?
