How did i finish 3rd in this DYM?

Was it because i had 10 more chips than the guy who finished 4th?

    Yep, that's why Vespa. Doesn't matter 10014010 has a better hand than you, you had more chips so finish above them.

    Yeah it's because you had more chips! (I think you had 210 more not 10 tho as you had SB invested) I probably fold pre btw. Even if villain is shoving up to 30% of hands we only have 54.75% equity and when we're the one calling it off we want closer to 60%. But I dunno it's close we are pretty short stacked and might not find a better spot. It's just that we can fold here and hope BB calls and knocks villain out!

    Nah, I did notice and pretty sure my calcs were for PLO8. I mean I'd be thrilled to put my chips in first with this hand it's just that I'm not sure it's correct to be calling it off in a DYM when we can potentially cash by just folding. 

    That being said I don't think I'd fold it either in-game :P

    Given that if you chop you still profit from BB's chips if he folds definitely makes it a call. Also, its PLO8, if you are ever gonna call off a hand its always going to be something like A25J DS
