How many times do you get terrible bad beats on here.
Last game I played...short stack and get QQ. Two players left, player before me raises to almost my stack, I go allin and he turns over A7 off suit.
board gets him a flush with his 7.....this sort of 'thing' happens on this site all the time....
Same with races...invariably the weaker hand wins most races...

Population is too small to be the capital!
besides, doesn't Newtons "for every action, there must be an equal but opposite reaction", apply?
Maybe you should change the OP to Sky home of the miracle river!
With all those miracles, would that make Tikay a saint?

You were c. 70% to win the hand which means 3 times out of every 10 you will lose, not exactly the worst beat in the history of poker. I don't know exactly how short stacked you were but this can mean we give our opponent a great price to call, even more so if they have raised before you shove. I would suggest looking at not getting so short stacked as we have no fold equity and increase our chances of a "bad beat" as our opponent is never folding with the price they are getting

in the table options, i select to be dealt an omaha hand yet use it to play hold'em.  four hole cards give me so many more possibilities of winning by the river.  why don't you do the same?

Ahhh, that's where I've been going wrong. I have been selecting a Holdem hand and playing it an Omaha table.
