Which hand is favorite?

My friend who plays on another site i like to call Joker....s! has just sent me a picture of a hand...

Hand A - 5d 6d

Hand B - Qs Qh

Hand C - 10c Jc 

Flop - 5c 4d 7c

Which hand is favorite to win? He thinks A? I think C slighty? Anyone tell us the answer...?

    JcTc   = 38.32%

    to win with 0.44% tie.
