Rehabilitation

Hello all.

I think it would be helpful if those one-time forum regs who have been... indefinitely excluded... were made aware of how they could make amends. Some, who will remain unnamed, would like to be able to contribute once again. Is there some sort of process by which they could be returned to these forums?

Probation?
Licence-plate making?
Cake baking?
Sexual favours?

What does it take?
