Afternoon all,

Got a good 'un for you tonight. Something a little bit different. And if you've been enjoying our live Cash Game series, you're going to love this.

THE CASH GAME: RELOADED

If you remember, at the end of Season 2 I hosted a show which was dedicated to looking back at the highlights of that series with two of the players who took part in it: Redmond Lee and Neil Channing.

It made for one of our most popular shows ever with, for the first time ever, a unique opportunity to get the thoughts of each of the players involved in a hand as it plays out.

There is nowhere else you can see this. It's kind of like the director's commentary on the DVD extras of a film. All the commentary from the actual show will be removed and we'll take live commentary from the boys in the studio.

Well, tonight- we do it again! This time with THREE of the players!

On the couch with me will be Ross Jarvis, Sam Grafton
and Simon Hemsworth.

They'll be looking back at the Cash Game Season 3 which has just finished airing on Sky Sports. And you can see it here.

We'd love you to take part in this show as well.

Hopefully the Cash Game: Reloaded tonight is a little better than The Matrix: Reloaded, and that your director's commentary includes some nice little tidbits of information that we are generally not party to as viewers. You know - stunt work, who gets the biggest trailer on set, and what it's really like to work with the legend that is TK.

Brian, watching paint dry would be better than The Matrix Reloaded. And if you don't believe me, ask Tikay. I feel pretty sure that watching paint or cement dry is probably one of the many ways he genuinely kicks back at home.

Good afternoon all.  First of all, in for the last longer please.

I wish I had Ross's discipline and could fold a set of sixes.  I went out of the turbo open last week on the 7th hand after flopping a set of sixes  Oh well, live and learn .  Even though I don't play much cash I enjoyed watching the cash games and can't wait to hear the reasoning behind some of the plays.

Let's be honest, all Matrix sequels are HORRENDOUS. 

But NOT tonight's show - that will be the opposite of horrendous....it will be tremendous! 

I'm seriously looking forward to it, even though 99% of the talk will probably revolve around me stupidly folding a set to Tim Slater in Ep 4. Oh well.

If it makes you feel any better, Ross, it is not nearly as bad as Neil Channing laying down a straight to the single possible hand that could have beaten him, in the last series, against Rob Yong (who was, of course, bluffing).

Thanks for the consolation prize. That Channing hand did seem weird but, it's often unfair IMO to criticise plays without at least hearing an explanation for why that player did a certain thing. 

And of course, it's not who wins the hands with skill in that matter....it's who wins the flips of course! And I won one of those so it was all good

I can honestly say that the last installments of 'cash game reloaded' were the best thing I've ever seen on Sky Poker, in terms of the pure value and learnings I was able to leech off the show.

And I've been watching for more than 2 months now

Both Matrix sequels had some nice touches and are great to skip through.....but the plot turned to garbage!!!!!

Can you ask the experts what adjustments they will make vs a very aggressive HU player? Calling lighter/floating on the flop? 3betting wider IP pre? I am sometimes overwhelmed by players who are seemingly fearless in HU pots.

Also, in a 100bb cash game vs tight postflop opponents is it worth playing suited connectors/small pairs from the blinds to a single raise, or should I be letting these hands go unless I am getting good implied odds from multiple opposition? Does this change if we are 200bb deep?

A lot of the regulars I am playing with at the moment are looking to pot control with any hand under TPTK once called on the flop. What is my best strategy to exploit these players?
