Is poker for you just about the money or is it more playing the game you enjoy?

Or is it a mix?

Definatley a mix. It's the challenge of competing against others and getting rewarded when you win and punished when you lose. It drives you on to become better.

I think the correct attitude is to take up poker for the enjoyment. if you're good at it, then you can start thinking about money.

I don't grind micro stakes for fun, because it isn't.

Yes poker is a good game that you can enjoy, I would think for most people it's about money first and enjoyment second, certainly after playing for a while. It might be more about the enjoyment at the beginning.

Entertainment for me.. Dont get me wrong, im not a reg or well known player here but do play abit.. But i enjoy live poker in my local grosvenor.. 20/30 quid tournies r great fun, good night out and cheaper than most hobbies.. Cashing is a bonus, but it beats sitting in the house watching corrie!!
