    Not loving it UTG with 4 behind, but whole point of shoving 10bb is  you have fold equity still. You'll be at 9 in a second, and maybe worse if the next level is oon. It's a shove for me and hoping it goes though, but at least if called you might be slightly ahead or a dog but one that can still hunt. Problem with UTG shove is they tend to be a little tighter calling it.. still think a shove is right though. Maybe others will disagree.
