Staying comfortable and focused - tips please

Hi

When you have a long session of poker, say when you are deep in something like the main, how do you make sure you stay comfortable and focused.

Any tips you want to share?

Is it something that you've got better at over time?

    my £249.00 reclining computer chair with a foot rest certainly keeps me very comfortable for a nightly grind :-)

    Must must must walk away from monitor on breaks. Usually bathroom break or make myself a cup of green tea or glass of wine. :) don't drink beer while playing for some reason. Think it's because I'm too posh.

    Usually put Babestation or Fantasy channel on....helps get the blood pumping :)

    Though can be HARD sometimes playing with a tent in your trousers !!
