FAO SKY ON RANDOM D/C ALL PLAYERS AT TABLES..

1. Happened last night to all Players at about 1130pm..

2. Has just happened again at 13.31pm.

All players are disconnected from tables they are playing, Is there any way this matter can be looked at today and solved..  DD.

A statement/update from Sky Poker would be nice to reassure the players that it is actually being looked into.

Yeah.

This was NOT ideal during the later stages of the main and mini last night.  Especially as I was involved in two big pots at the exact time it went down.

Hi Guys,

First of all apologies for the disconnections that you have experienced both last night and earlier this afternoon. We are investigating this as we speak and at the moment it seems that there is no clear link between the two.

We appreciate that this is very frustrating during a game of poker and rest assured we are doing all we can to ensure we know what has caused these brief issues and to ensure that we can prevent them from re-ocurring.

Software closed during the 55 bounty hunter for me really frustrating. Wont be playing on poker software that i cant relay on its a pretty important factor.  Decided to play the 55bh the last couple of nights hadnt played for a while before that because of the lag being really bad on the new software.

Yeah did it yesterday afternoon too! Lost the money I had invested in a few hands and looked at HH and said the hand was void, so where did the money go on the pot?

Pretty annoying this sky, if the softwares malfunctioning people are gonna lose faith and move to other sites.

ur best off playing threw the browser rather than the cr4ppy sky download, you shouldnt have too lyk but it runs much smoother.

Yea i agree with therock i use the browser myself never had a problem with it.

The download tho is shocking usually get a pop up message with re connect to sky poker even tho im running other things off the net the same time plus i use the old tables with everything i play so not sure if that helps.

Same here.  KK on 2 tables and just had to sit back and watch them go up in smoke.  What happened to the money I had invested?

yea i agree with you the browser is much smoother but for some reason you have to make the table massive so not really an option to use the browser when im multitabling across a few sites

I was disconnected from the final table of the 7-15 deepstack last night I managed to get back after about 10 minutes and no great damage done.

 What does concern me is that Sky have recently seen numbers increasing and I would expect the numbers to further increase on  the back of the UK Poker Championships. The fact that players regularly get disconnected due to software issues (even though 99% of the time Sky say not our fault) will not help to persuade new players to stay on Sky.

 It would be interesting to see the % of player disconnects and compare it to other sites. I think we all know who would have the worse stats.

yeah does that on mine, just click directly in the middle of the screen and it shows up ok.
