Well done to Beffy777 for his deep run in the UKPC main event, and to Lambert180 for his deep run in the 6 max.

and to any other Sky regs who cashed in any event.

OK   AND TO TIKAY FOR HIS LUCK IN THE PLO

and  thanks to SKY and DTD for a great Poker festival, well done

I regretfully confirm this is true, but it was £1 well spent.

CTBN limped into a family pot, (6 way!), and after it was checked round on the flop & turn, (the flop & turn were all paint) CTBN fired in a bet.

I ABSOLUTELY knew his EXACT holding, & I had not seen his hand.

So I offered him a quid to show, & he took the £1 & showed the hand.

Anyone want to guess his hand?

Was this PLO?  My guess is 2222.  Quads is a big hand.

    Err......no they were not!

Alan was a LOT closer than your memory appears to be.

    You had 2d-3d.

Leave your spectacles at home, did you?

Good guess Alan. It was, in fact, the middle of his range, 2d-3d.

It was well worth a quid to make him "show" & destroy his table image. Doubt he got another bluff through.
