Tables Beeping

Suddenly today even tough alerts are turned off there is a beep every time player makes a bet. I have turned sound off now but makes multi tabling very hard not hearing card sound.

Anyone else had problem?

    whatever 'Bright spark' came up with this sound should be shot or at the very least fired

    its driving me mad to, spent 10 mins tryin to switch it off , but i dont think you can , it will drive multi tables players away soon

    driving me mad too, can't mutli-table at all

    all my table sounds have gone to pot!!

    what's changed?

    hmmm, my problem was with tables played through my desk top download

    just tried playing through the sky poker website and all is normal

    This is stupid

    The DUMMY that decided to use this sound should be made to constantly listen to this for a week with no sleep.

    The beeping is driving me mad. Been playing here for several months and always had the sound on, but I now have to turn it off. As someone else said, multitabling impossible without the sound, but it's a question of playing or losing my sanity.
    Will not play Sky Poker anymore unless this is changed again.

    I presume it is a bug, like a missing file or wrong file name in the code so it's going to a default noise

    The beeping tilted the mud out of me last night!  I actually thought something was wrong with the pc until I had closed everything else.

    Hi All,

    Firstly apologies about the issues that you experienced last night this should now be fixed.

    The beeping noise that some download client users were experiencing was caused by a fix that we had put in place for sounds on a tablet/ mobile device. By releasing sounds on the tablet devices we created a small issue with the download client.

    As I said this has now been fixed and sounds should have returned to normal.

    That's good to know, cheers Sam.   Any feedback regarding the freezing of tables though Sam?  Whereby we experience 1 table freezing whilst we are able to play on the other sky tables?

    Sam... it hasn't been fixed. I'm still experiencing the problem. (21:15 on 27/02/14)

    When multi-tabling sounds now randomly occur for a while and then eventually stop altogether.

    Is this still the same problem and when will it be fixed ?
