Hand from TOTP

I am not happy with how I played a hand blind vs blind last night from the TOTP game and was looking for some help on best way to play it.

On flop - I flat because I think with this board I scare away most hands I beat by reraising?

Turn - I think I should definitely be raising bigger here?! say 450?!

River - I think I should bet for value but how much? Pot is 1300 and my stack is 1290. My thinking was any reasonable size raise of say 400+ kind of commits me if he puts me in and anything that calls me beats me?!

I have took villains hand out so not to sway peoples advice.

Be gentle lol

I assume you checked back the river because you figured if he called the turn bet you made, you are possibly behind to something like... Q10 or K10? Because, if you think you're ahead on the turn, the river card is no reason to think you've fallen behind.

PF is fine unless SB has been a bit too active in which case I'm happy to shove and take down the pot pre. Flop call is fine - not worried about too many cards falling. Turn I like the raise when he bets so small again - possibly go a bit bigger tho yeah.

River is just villain dependant. Check back vs some and bet vs some others - hard to see how we are beat with villains weak/passive line.  @ Slip: Turn raise is for value from hands like QJ/JT/AQ/Q9 + w/e else villain wants to call with (as well as getting villain to fold/incorrectly call those hands with little equity (Ax gutshot) On the river though villain's calling range is now going to be much tighter than his turn calling range. If we think he's the type to station with QJ/JT/AQ/Q9 still then we can definitely bet river but if he's going to fold these hands then there is not too much point in betting river.
