Uneccessary bluffing with a strong hand?

Last hand for the day, getting keen again after being without internet for two weeks!

In short, is my turn bet as horrific as I still think it is looking back at this hand?  Unless there are specific player dependent reasons, is this always a check on the turn, with a bet on the river if I hit a diamond, ten and probably an ace, maybe if the queen pairs - lean towards calling a reasonable sized bet if a non-diamond low card, or a queen, comes?

At the time I thought I was charging a poor price to flush and straight draws to hit, against a player that seemed to be quite loose (obv I'd wanted to GII on flop originally).  The turn bet was a bit big, but only because villain had a smallish stack. If he had full stack I'd have likely bet 1/2 pot here.

Errr, I would suggest you rethink the question. This is not a bluff in any shape or form. HEck, it isn't even a semi-bluff.. You had TPTK on the flop, plus nut flush draw. Doesn't get any better than that other than flopping the nuts.

As for betting the turn. No, bet is fine. Odds of him having a queen are low given flop action. More likely you are still ahead and a redraw if you are behind.

Played great IMO. Turn bet has excellent reason behind it and is also a good bet had he had a bigger stack. That is probably one of the few queens he can have after calling the flop reraise. Just unlucky.
