Top Pair with good kicker & back door flush draw?

Hi All

had this hand in the 6.45 £750 Bounty Hunter with 14 players left

couldn't find a fold as I though I had good outs. Should I have folded. PS I know I should of reraised pre-flop.

    Don't think I'm ever folding this in a cheap BH, we're gonna be up against lots of worse Ax hands and FDs

    as others (and you) have said, raise pre.

    If we are deeper, I think we can fold this. I'm snap calling the shove, but once it has a call, im not happy my A is good, and the Qc may also be dominated by the Kc.

    As Lambert says, its a cheap BH (so people will be making alot of mistakes), and because the stacks are short I think you have to call.

    yeah 3 bet pre. villain plays the hand horribly, got the lot but that just goes check -  shove -  fold most of the time so i cant understand his logic.

    Thanks for the replies. So gutted to get a good run and not final table/win tourney.


    One weakness I know I have is not thinking through opponents hand values before decided what I do. Mainly because I'm multi-tabling and I always go by instinct. I never use the full time clock to decide.

    is there any videos you can recommend on later stages tournament play?

    Any advise would be really appreciated.

    this guy has really good results online, well in to 6 figures in profit so well worth listening to some of his advice on tournaments.
