Hey everyone,
I was watching part of the Bounty Hunter repeat (my favourite tournament) and noticed Richard had white trainers on. Not that i see this as disgraceful, haha, but I was curious to know if he had given a story behind it earlier in the tournmant as I tuned in late.
Many thanks,
Kind Regards,
Tomethy.

What's the story behind the trainers? Well, it's a thrilling tale of high-fashion, enormous risk-taking, and ultimate sartorial triumph. In other words, I snuck my sneakers into the studio while no-one was looking and, flying against the strict black shoes policy, wore them on the show.
As for the 'ultimate sartorial triumph', well I think comments from Ed that I looked like I was ready to go bowling and from various viewers about my 'ballet shoes' and how I looked like a 'scruffy get' proves beyond doubt that I created a very special look that will be the talk of the catwalks for years to come.....
Er, actually, I'll get back to you on that last point.
He's a little old for Trainers, surely?
I do wonder however where the next big tournament with Sky will be held as I turned 18 last September so am still rather new to live play and as such am very nervous about competing with older, more experienced players.
Kind Regards,
Tom
(btw I appreciate you taking the time (and Tikay) to view my post )

Live Poker.
Don't be nervous - take a friend who's played before, you'll be alright. Alternatively, when you play your first Live Tourney, look for someone to "look after" you, most players are always keen to help newbies.
I don't know what plans there are for future Sky Live Events, but if they happen, they'll be announced on here, you can be sure of that.
Where do you live?
I do in fact have some friends interested in coming along so will take them with me to my local Casino and get them loaded enough to lose their cash! Many thanks for the info about future tournaments, it would be greatly appreciated.
I live just outside of Cardiff in a place called Penarth however Cardiff is my "local" betting location.
Kind Regards,
Tom
The Grosvenor in Cardiff is a nice little Casino, as is Aspers in Swansea.
