Losing Connection Heads Up

Just wondered what people's views are on this one.
I have twice been against an opponent that has lost connection Heads Up. I took the view that I should give them time to get re-connected. Think five minutes is a reasonable time so folded 50% of hands.
Today, it was the other way round & I lost connection. Only for about two minutes but Heads Up with 10bb against an opponent with 4bb, it was critical. When I got back, I had less than 1bb and was just about dead. She was obviously raising every hand as quickly as possible. Must have been at SKY's end because I was playing another site & that was fine.
I suppose each player can do what they want.
