satellited into tourni and accidentally unreg'd won't let me back in as i don't have enough funds!!!

I won a seat on a satellite for a £750 bounty hunter @ 00:30 on 10/04 i unregistered by mistake and now it won't let me back into the tourni and i haven't the funds to get back in? how can i get to play in this tourni that i've won a seat for?
