tl dr: Unless the winner gets their own head prize, they're being short-changed.

So the question is: does the winner of a BH take their own head prize?

Example:
Heads up in a BH. 1st pays £500, 2nd pays £300.
Head values are £100 for player A, £10 for player B. Player A has £150 in head prizes. Player B has £15 in head prizes.

Two scenarios:

1. Player A wins, picks up £500 + £160 = £660. Player B gets £300 + £15 = £315. Total payout = £975
2. Player B wins, picks up £500 + £115 = £615. Player A gets £300 + 150 = £450. Total payout = £1,065

In scenario 2, the total payout pool is £90 less than in scenario 1. This is entirely due to the winner's head prize not being won.
