this player seems to be another one who limps in with AK but as always i'm normally expecting strong hands to raise preflop and taking into account that i want calls to be made should i just stick to a raise of 3BB when it's premium pairs and just shove my stack in when it's AK or AQ?

No with 14bb and 2 limpers before, QQ is a shove.

    with QQ as above

a more interesting question is how wide is the range for shoving with an utg limper. for that you will need reads as to whether the utg plays abc or is prone to trapping, and whether it is a BH where more peeps will risk their premium hands for the possibility of inducing a smaller stack shove.

Yeah gotta jam this pre. You want someone to hero you with some random PP.

FWIW, on that flop I think you either move in or check. When he jams over you're cbet, the best you can hope for is hearts, but you can't fold now even though you're hating it. I'd either just put him in (poss not the best move as only likely to be called by the K), or check it. The latter feels a bit passive but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to survive.

the question that geldy has stated is a good one and it would be interesting to hear some opinions on far to take my range when in the SB if their is a couple of limpers.
what i had seen being limped by some was hands such as 72s and 87o.
the limper in this hand didn't call the raise so that iself make me wonder how much of a risk i could take knowing that i've now got pas the bubble and will need a good chipstack?

What you class as premium pairs in late stage MTT's is all down to your chip stack and/or villians. If your below, say, 8BB's then any pair is premium! But if you had 50BB's then even with JJ you wouldn't really want to get allin pre with a similar stack. Or you have 44 against a shortie then I would call that a premium pair to call.

Generally, getting your chips in first will always be the best way. In this situation had you had 88 then you can still shove and show a profit.
