FAO Sky Promo and points

I was just wondering if someone from Sky could check my poker points for this week for the promo?

Position 100 is 567 p/p, i thought i had more than this, but maybe don't have!

I contacted C/C to ask them how many poker points i had this week for the promo, but couldn't tell me this information.

Would it be possible for some one from Sky to check this for me and let me know?

    Sorry Larson, there is not a soul on the Forum who can answer that.
     
    I suggest you send your query to Customer Care IN WRITING, & I can assure you it will get looked at, & actioned as appropriate.

    Would no one have access to the promo pages from week 1 and week 2?

    (I've not been able to find these anywhere)

    If i knew these figures, would be easy to work it out.

    I've no idea if any players keep such records, but even if they did, it would not solve the problem.

    Tikay, sky must have promo pages for weeks 1 and 2 somewhere easy to hand.

    Then i can subtrsact these 2 figures from my current overall poker points (which i know)

    Yes, I'm sure they will have, & I never suuggested otherwise - that's my point - Sky Poker WOULD have it. But Customer Care do NOT monitor this Forum, & nobody from Sky will reply on here, the system does not & cannot work like that.
     
    As I suggested earlier, send your question to Customer Care IN WRITING, & they WILL deal with it.

    Hope you get it satisfactorily sorted.

    To be fair Larson, it's pretty irrelevant because you run so bad that you aren't going to see your name picked out in the draw, even if you are top 100 for pts...
