    Try not to eat too much - if you're ill and tucked up in bed you won't be doing much exercise - and we all remember Sky Poker TV having to use the widescreen lens when you came back after Christmas, no-one wants a repeat of that .. ;)

    Hope it's nothing too serious...........although I hear repetitive strain injury from eating too many donuts on the show can be quite painful too :)

    Anyway...missing you lots.......all the best for a speedy recovery xx

    Thanks lovely people. Only just felt well enough to return to the world again today! i have never spent so much time in bed EVER!! that seriously took me out, stupid virus. But I think I am on the mend :) And look forward to smiling on your screens next week. (oh and saving you from it turning into the Orf show!)
