Played fine. You got the sort of call you wanted and just unlucky so don't be results orientated. We add about 20% to our stack if we get folds and if we get called we are almost always in good if not great shape. Raising a decent amount is going to commit us to the pot and by being OOP I think shoving is fine.

Don't wanna sound harsh, but do you really need to ask? You shoved AK and got called by K5. It doesn't matter that you lost this particular hand. Villain got lucky this time, but that won't often be the case.

I'm gonna take a wild stab in the dark that this was a bounty hunter....

I'm gonna take an even wilder stab...

Had his AK held, he wouldn't have posted this hand.

calm down everyone lol yes it was a bounty hunter and i was only asking for future reference if i am in a similar spot in future hands sorry if that isnt a good enough reason.

    Thanks Kerrnal

Don't be put off from posting hands most people here are very helpful if you post a hand where you have a genuine decision you are unsure of. However, when you get all your chips in ahead and get outdrawn there is often nothing to discuss - and people tend to see it as a "moan" rather than an ask for advice.
