FAO of sky........please help

I won a UKPC main package via the Best of the Best promo but realised I was on holiday. I was changing the date of the holiday but have since found out that this would be at a significant cost, much more than I was originally informed.

So I have 2 questions and would appreciate it if somebody from Sky could get back to me....

1. Do I still keep the £500 awarded as part of the package if I can no longer attend????

2. Is it possible for me to be entered into the Mini instead???

    first port of call, customer care, ask them the questions, get the responses and then we can go from there

    Yes, I did try them earlier but the line was busy. Will try again now though thanks

    EDIT: have been in touch with CC and replied on the UKPC thread regarding the outcome.
