    Never understand why Priorty members need to start threads with queries when you guys have, and I quote....

    Priority Account Management

    A dedicated Account Manager and Priority phone number to offer you that personal touch.

    Hey,

    Teams will be sent out this afternoon.

    With regards to the best way to get in touch with me, I'd say send an email to priority@sky.com.

    That will get to me (Your Priority Account Manager), or another member of the Priority team, whereas I wont always see a post on the forum.
