Just reading through skys new terms and conditions and was just curious if the below is industry standard?? ive not paid loads of ccjs in my time!!

17. CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT

17.2.10 you become bankrupt, if you do not make payment of a court judgment on time, if you make an arrangement with your creditors, or if any of your assets are the subject of any form of seizure or if analogous proceedings are brought in relation to you anywhere in the world.

    Hi Epoker.

    I've no idea if that is an Industry Standard T & C, but the reasoning for it is straightforward, it is something the GC are quite strict about.

    Ahh, I get you.

    In a nutshell, its to show due diligince if the gaming commission come a'knocking; but in reality its never really enforced? (I mean, how could it?)
