1. I doubled with pocket 99
2. I trebled with 98o
3. I open-shoved A5o and got folds
4. I open-shoved AK and won a flip to double
After that I was back up to 12K chips.
Then at 6-36pm, 19 minutes after the hand in the OP, I got my chips, back with interest;
Heads-up play turned out to be a tough battle against a good opponent that lasted just over an hour. He recovered from a 9K v 131K deficit to take the lead for a long time. However I managed to wrestle back control and after winning a flip with 44 />AK victory was eventually mine at 7-53pm, 96 minutes after my QQ<AT aipf left me with less than 3BB with 10 left.
To my annoyance the tournament carried on long after the final whistle, at which point I'd intended to go straight to bed due to my 12-15am alarm this morning.
Had I won one of the three all-in and calls at the start of heads-up play it would have taken an hour less.
