    im on the final table of this tourney, another player has live chatted with sky. apparently its not a guarantee!!!!


    very shadey.  extremely disappointed in sky.

    so they have the £250 in the tourney title but its, and I quote, "not a guarantee tournament". From what I can see there are lots of tourneys that don't actually have the word guarantee in but have a prize amount.

    Cant believe it. Really poor form.

    U cant advertise a cash pool  in a tourney then slash it, its called  OVERLAY, cmon sky  get this sorted

    that cannot be right.  surely.

    the convention for all tournements is that the money in the title is a guarantee.  can someone from skypoker please confirm or publish otherwise.

    i am sure that those who won will be properly rewarded.

    down to the last 3. might be my last ever tourney on sky if they don't sort it. couldn't care less about the few extra quid but im not been taken for a mug.

    It's just an error on the set up of the tournament guys, the poker team are going to sort the extra £35 retrospectively. Apologies for the confusion, nothing shady though.

    Hi Dan. Thanks for responding so quickly. Well played. I finished 3rd but I don't think the payment has been adjusted. I may be wrong cos I'm on my phone at the minute but the lobby is still showing the smaller prize pool. Cheers

    Hi Shauny, the lobby prizepool won't update, it was just done manually. Doouble checked and you got an extra £5.25 at 2.38pm.

    Cheers Dan. Sorry if my earlier posts were a bit strong, but the confirmation from customer services (albeit wrong) sent me on tilt lol. I should have known better as sky have always been top notch in sorting issues out. Once again, thank you.
