Right plan was to raise fold river but after some thought I feel I have made a horrible fold in this spot, no fds on board dryest flop ever, feels like a set, Thoughts?

Both straights have backdoored, and it doesn't seem feasible for either of you to have one....suppose the only concern is that you've minraised him on the river, which is pretty strong in itself, and then he's gone back over the top, so he has something he likes, but I'd lean more towards a set of Jacks or turned set of Queens than broadway; both possible sets are pretty close to being the nuts given the betting action and board run out.
Don't think I'd lay it down, and if they have it then gg.
