Collusion/multi accounting..

I  was just reading the post by Dragon1964 in which he says he became aware of an instance of collusion and reported it to sky....

Can  sky clarify their  response here, is he correct that sky have said even if its proved correct they would't refund those who have been cheated out of their money because of confidentiality?

Iwas't involved as far as i'm aware and i'm not interested in the names of those who were but i'd be more than a little disappointed to know that sky would't be refunding people they knew had been cheated....

There seems to have been an honest misunderstanding here. Confidentiality comes in as we don't elaborate on our investigations or security process - for obvious reasons. Neither do we discuss accusations etc on a public forum.
