what's going on?

i won a seat for the UKPC semi via the 7.15pm freeroll, and waited patiently for the 9.15pm start of the semi, however i wasn't regged for the tournament and didn't appear in the lobby. eventually i decided that the semi must be a different day, logged off and went out...
i've just got back and according to my history i started playing the semi at 9.34pm and got blinded out without playing a hand.
i don't have the bankroll to pay £48 for a tournament so this was a great opportunity,
i'm now disappointed and confused.
can someone clarify whats going on?

    speak to the customer care team or post that freeroll result and maybe putting some hands from the UKPC which people are expected to be raising preflop as a way of proving your telling the truth.
