There is a new Thread in "The Shed" about something VERY important.

We need you to Post on it, even if only a few words "get well soon" or somesuch.

If 50 of you could take a moment to Post on that Thread today, you have no idea how much it would mean.

Thank you.

The thread is here

Lol, thank you, but not at all.

All I did was spend 2 minutes writing a Post about Lauren, instead of wasting 2 minutes replying to some moan about (poker) "bad-beats". Not a difficult choice really, eh?

Your Post on there will be appreciated by Lauren - I promise.

Yes. Emma told me she'd ring me to let me know, but I won't chase her.

I'm not a parent, & never have been, but I imagine it's worse for Mum & Dad than it is for Lauren in some ways.

Sky Rich - thank you for "abbreviating" my Link in the OP.

You'd really think I could do that myself by now!

    Hi tikay

Yes it is, I would imagine Lauren will be under sedation for the proceedure, of course Emma and Ian will be sat waiting for news, my mum had a pacemaker fitted at the age of 79, so can understand what Emma and Ian are going through.

COME ON MORE POSTS IN THE SHED

    Hi Tony,
I have been through similar, but not as serious not that it matters, when you see your "baby" in trouble and know you cant do a thing about yourself, you feel useless and scared of the outcome.
It was the WORST feeling i have ever had in my life.
At this time ALL my friends and family rallied around us, so i KNOW Ian and Emma will be touched by all these messages.

    sure.

    ok so....

    1. copy the long link (url) you want to use

    2. type a shorter reference to the link  in your post (e.g. i often use 'click here')

    3. highlight this shorter reference by left clicking your mouse and dragging over the word/ words.

    3. now with the short reference still highlighted click on the link symbol next to the picture of the small tree!

    4. you will now see a link inserter pop-up

    5. paste your copied link/ url into the box titled 'link URL'

    6. click 'insert'

    7. Bingo! your done.

    8. unwrap Kitkat (other chocolate bars are available)

    9. sit back and admire your fine forum skills.
