error 2032 help

The sky poker app decided to stop working on my pc so i attempted to reinstall it.  app will not download error 2032 and playing on browser id less than satisfactory.  can anyone help??  Thanks

    Go To > START > MY COMPUTER > LOCAL DISC (C Drive) > Program Files > Right Click on the Sky Poker File > DELETE > Re-Start PC > Then Download & Install the Sky Poker Software.

    To download the Sky Poker Software - Click HERE

    Remember - this software is different to the "Sky Poker APP" which is available for Android & Tablet Devices from the APP Store & can be found - HERE

    thank you both but no joy still refuses to load and gives a message that file is corrupted and to contact author.

    Try downloading it using a different browser than chrome or ie, had same trouble and sorted it using safari.

    the so called 'new software ' sucks...

    i used to be able to play 18 tables on the 'old tables'

    now i struggle playing 6 tables...

    BRING BACK THE OLD TABLES PLEASE SKY.

    It's possible Adobe Air is corrupted (this is 3rd party software and is needed for the download client only).

    Go into Control Panel | Programs and Features. In the list of programs find Adobe Air and Uninstall it.

    Next download and re-install it from http://get.adobe.com/air/

    Then try the Sky Poker Download Client re-install.

    thanks again, reinstalled adobe air but no joy so will have to play on browser for now.
