LOL--That got cha!----but our lovely Lisa put this post in a thread yesterday and I think it is very easily implemented (by any wonderfully competent technical team), and would solve all kinds of problems in one shot---

"On other site I play....I wont name.......but all u have to do is type in poker manager and they come st8 on the table and ask what the problem is.

PROBLEM SOLVED "

I think one person could to do this job fine, but not XfallenX, she's far too naughty!

what do you think Sky rich?---I think it's a great idea, and I'm not even polite!

what do polite peeps think?

    ME NAUGHTY.......NEVER..... OR RUDE COME 2 THINK OF IT :)

    THE POKER MANAGERS HAVE SET TEXT, SO IF SOMEBODY IS BEING ABUSIVE ALL IS SAID IS 'IF U CONTINUE YOU WILL B REMOVED, AND IT WORKS!!! BUT IF ON THE RARE OCCASION THEY DO PESIST THEY ARE REMOVED.
    SAME WITH ALL DIFFERENT SITUATIONS LIKE TIME WASTERS ETC. (SOME PPL THINK ITS FUNNY 2 ABUSE TIME BANK).

    IF THEY HAVE PAID 4 A GAME AND R REMOVED, ITS THERE OWN FAULT AS THEY WERE GIVEN A WARNING 2 STOP.

    AND ITS GUARANTEED TO TEACH THEM NOT 2 DO AGAIN.

    hiya naughty, we don't think you are rude (honestly), its that other naughty Lisa thats the rude one, you're just naughty, it is a great idea though!--and really should be implemented by the powers that be, as you say, simple and effective, sort them out on the spot----all they have to do is come on the table and say

    I to also agree with our quiet wonderfull (never in trouble )xfallenx,lmao....I also play on another site where they do this and find its a very good and effective idea,(LOL,i think ill have to keep my mouth shut in future)If there warned more than twice they get chat banned for a short period of time,if they persist,they get banned.Yes i think i'm sure there is someone here that could cope with this.How about IRISHROVER lmao.Well done lisa hunni.

    it certainly wasn't!

    this is an interesting idea and we've had others put forward that our very similar. as always the poker team are continuously trying improve the site for you, the customers so this is definitely something that will be assessed and considered.
