    ok we are off

abi raises the button to 370,000

    leigh folds

    --

abi's style is to raise more pre-flop than is considered conventional these days..has been throughout today

not an easy man to bluff or push around though

    big fan of seeing flops

even bigger fan of hitting lots of flops

    --

leigh second hand on the button raises to 320,000

    abi re-raises to 800,000

    CALL

    K-8-6 two hearts

    Abi leads out for 1m

    fireworks early doors.....

    Leigh immediately calls

on the turn, a black 5

    Abi check

    Leigh check

river seven spades, completing a number of draws

    abi 1.8m on the river

    leigh thinks, purses his lips

almost as if contemplating the construction of a spreadsheet

    leigh motionless, and eventually folds....

    leigh 375,000 on his button

    abi folds

    --

    abi 10m leigh 15m now

    --

    abi button raise 375,000

    leigh calls

imo leigh needs to get aggressive pre-flop in these spots. bit more 3 betting, take the iniative

abi not an easy player to play HU oop

i of course leigh taught everything he knows. About casino menus

leigh check folds to a flop bet

    another passive hand

    K-4-7-4-5 board

Abi the pre-flop raiser with A-3, they check down to the river and Ace high wins

    --

    abi button raise to 380,000

    leigh folds

    --

    leigh raises to 395,000

trying to find the amount abi won't call pre-flop!?

    abi re-raises to 820,000

    leigh folds

next pre-flop button raise from leigh will be 425,000.

you don't update 173 competitions without being able to spot these things

    abi calls on the button

    a change of tactics

leigh in the big blind can see a free one and checks quicker than chubby checker on the dancefloor

leigh bets 350,000 on the flop and is called

my informant has been moved out of camera shot and cannot see the flop

by the river, leigh bets 475,000 abi folds

so thats one back for leigh, who had been losing momentum to the more aggressive player prior to this hand

    blinds up 100-200k

not quite even stacks but close-ish

    maybe 13-12m to leigh

    leigh 450,000 on the button

    call

    checked the whole way

tikay needs to get a position where he can see the board

anyway abi called the raise with K-2 and was good at the end  with king high

HU is interesting to watch and listen to

not too easy to win HU if you play "fit the flop and bet" and "miss the board and check"

aggression quotient needs to go up here

either can take control, and force it...and would be the most likely winner imo

then again, playing for £40,000 heads up, not easy at all.....

Average stack here is 60x bb

    --

    leigh 525,000 on the button

notice how these raise sizes are going up, but abi doesn't fold much pre or to one pre-flop raise

    abi calls

    Q-Q-10 two diamonds

    check to leigh

    leigh bets 650,000

    abi folds after a think
