hi every1, i know i`m a bit late with this 1 but have an idea for the freerolls!! there are currently 5 per day, all of which are £20 with 1 weekly of £250. there are also the league/invitational freerolls. perhaps the timing of them could be better, for example; 1 at 9am, 1 at 2pm, 1 at 6pm, 1 at 8pm and 1 at midnight. this would give a broader number of players a chance to play throughtout the day. also, what if the prize money was tailored to suit the time of the day and the number of players that would be playing, for example; 9am = £20, 2pm = £20, 6pm = £25, 8pm = £30 and midnight = £25. the current total of money paid for freerolls per week which require points buy-in is £950, if the above rates were applied then the total would be £840, which could then mean all those who finished in the money on those freerolls could be entered into a £100 or £150 freeroll on a wednesday at 7:30, with wednesdays 8pm freeroll being the start of a week and the wednesday 6pm freeroll being the end point for the week. since it is usually the same players who always enter, then this would keep the number of succesful candidates down for the big one. 1 other way of creating a big tournament to replace a £250 freeroll could be a 50p buy-in + 50 pokerpoints with the cash being the total prize money which could be split between the top quarter of players in your usual way of working this out.

Hope to hear what you all think of this idea!! have a good 1        ECK77. ;-)

I think this is a great idea. I would love to see more opportunitys on the freeroll side of play. Also, I have wondered. people who play in the free tables in points just play with anything and for some people who are trying to learn and improve their game this is a bad and frustrating way of doing so. Could there be any freeroll tournamnets with aa play chip buy in. This way there is another way of a freeroll and the game of skypoker's poker will be played on a serious level throughtout the whole site. a respons on this idea would be appreciated.

    Regards

yes ace-shark, i know what your saying, alos perhaps a play-chips freeroll with either a payout of player-points or entry to a specific tournament would be good payback for those trying to learn the game.

yes a points pay out or winning a entry into a tournment kind of like a satellite is a great way to play it. This would be great to see and would bring a serious level of poker to the site. a freeroll for the cash winners in the freerolls is alo a good idea. I am excited at this as I currently trying out the Chris ferguson Bankroll management scheme. All this talk is exciting and would be great for serious players and also eager learners of the game.
