Using your IPAD

Hey,wasn't sure where to post this,might be a thread already so apologies.

When looking at my profile using the IPAD it won't allow me to see messages.Having been away from Sky for a while,they have built up and it just says you need flash player etc. Unavailahle on IPAD. Why do we need this just for inbox messages.

Any advice appreciated or if it is an actual fault then can we get it looked at.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your post. You are correct, in order to see your messages you will need flash player which means you can't look at these on an IOS device.

    For now you will need to look at these on your desktop, I will keep you informed if anything changes on this front.
