If so......
30 seats paid to the £8,000 Turbo Open tonight at 8pm! Only players that have earned 10 Poker Points in the past 24 hours may register. 3 minute blinds, late registration open until the end of level 4.
Does not matter how many points you have in account its about the last 24 hrs of play.

Yesterday was the 1st of the month so he must of earned 100 points from midnight, well in the 24 hour time frame

Depends weather we are talking eared poker points or total poker points?
It looks like there was an error on the set up of this that meant it was set to needing more points than the 10 it should. Edited now guys so try registering again, should be good.
