    Kempton 6.50 Directional 9/1 x
130,000 gns foal out of unraced half-sister to smart 7f-1¼m winner Ecclesiastical. 8th of 11 in maiden (9/1) at this course (7f, polytrack) 31 days ago. Should improve.
Always rear, ridden 3f out, soon struggling, behind final 2f (op 8/1)
    Haydock 3.00 Kommander Kirkup 9/2 x

Finally got off mark in a weak 5f Thirsk maiden at start of August. Better effort in handicaps since at Ripon, eventually getting motivated, but no banker to build on that here.
Held up in rear, some headway on outer well over 1f out, soon ridden and beaten (op 9/2 tchd 5/1)

    Kempton 6.20 Ventriloquist 1.98/1 3rd
Much improved from debut and looked poten tially useful when 2nd of 11 in maiden at Kempton (7f, polytrack, 7/2). Only 3rd of 4 at Sandown next time but still sets a clear standard.
Took keen hold, chased leaders, went 2nd after 2f out until ridden to lead 2f out, hard pressed and driven 1f out, edged left final 100yds, headed last strides (op 11/8)
7.20 Acolyte 1.24/1 Winner Promising 3rd of 13 in maiden at Newbury (7f, good to soft, 6/1) 21 days ago. Yard having good spell. Open to improvement.
Made all, pressed and ridden entering final furlong, ran on well under hands and heels, asserted final 75yds, readily (op 4/6)
                      8.20 Yodelling 9/4 Winner
Medaglia D'oro filly. Half-sister to several winners, including 9f-2m winner Whispering Gallery and 1¼m winner Eavesdropper, both smart. Likely type on paper. Tracked leaders, pulled out and closed to join leaders on bit 2f out, shaken up to lead inside final furlong, readily quickened clear, impressive (op 2/1 tchd 3/1)

    haydock 2.30 Mistrusting 0.66/1 Winner

Shamardal filly out of a smart 2-y-o 5f/6f winner. Holds Jillanar on debut running in warm race at Ascot (7f), shaping well and headed final 100 yards. Leading claims with improvement on the cards
Tracked leaders, smooth headway to lead well over 1f out, pushed out (op 2/5 tchd 4/9 in places)

Kempton 7.50 State Of The Union 13/2 Winner
£35,000 Approve colt, who shaped with promise first 2 tries in maidens. Rather disappointing (needed to settle better) when well held at Windsor last month, but he's not one to dismiss yet.
                    8.50 Solidarity 4/1 x
2 wins from 6 runs in GB this season. 15/8, improved on recent efforts to win 5-runner handicap at Windsor (11.6f, firm) 53 days ago. Likely to find this tougher, but type to go well again.
    Haydock 3.35 Free Rein 9/2 x
Half-sister to smart 2-y-o 5f/6f winner Reckless Abandon. Ran well when second dropped to 6f in Warwick handicap last time, conceding first run. Leading claims under Hughes.Tracked leaders, headway over 2f out, ridden along well over 1f out, driven approaching final furlong and soon no impression (op 4/1 tchd 5/1)
                   4.10 Random Success 13/2 NR
Back on track when easily winning 5f Newbury handicap early in August and found things going all against her at Newmarket since. Can bounce back.
