value bets in later stages of MTT

when playing on cash tables, the bet sizes don't seem to be that important, generally people will call the hands they hit and fold the hands they miss, if i get raised it's two pair sets or over pairs that were called prflop, basically it's a very tight range and the blinds alway remain the same.

the problem i'm discovering in MTTs is lots more play deceptive, there is lots more loose play, i'll not always have a chipstack 100 BB and calls post flop are much looser.

Q. i might have had AJ and just called but other times i've raised and if the flop were to come like this i'm left question do i bet or Ch. it's a question i'm ashing so that i can try getting myself a way of not making it too easy for them to know when it's AA and when it's AK.

Rather than getting so results orientated and stressed over a big loss, it only really need me to get an idea of value betting in these hands and i should be much more calmer. I won't alway be holding a hand that hit well on the wet flop in a way such as flush draw or two pair.

Qwhat i would like to ask is when a flop appears in a way such as this what size value bet should i don on the flop with hands like TP or a middle pair.

Craig I can only repeat what has been said on a number of your threads....

    Put people on a range!!

Of course you won't know what to do when you aint putting people on ranges cos you don't know what hands can/will call, raise or fold.

That AQ hand, just think about what people do facing various sizes with various types of hands that they can have. Again having an idea about the player makes this easier.

If you full pot it will they only call/raise with TP and better hands but fold all their draws 2nd pr/bottom pr hands? Are there even enough worse hands that will call any reasonable bet on there in comparison to the number they have which we're behind to?

Fwiw we're never getting 3 streets of value here, and 2 might be optimistic, so I don't mind just checking back this flop, but I'd probably be betting this quite often just cos it's so draw heavy so there are lots of worse hands that will call 1, and having position means that a flop bet should mean we deffo get to see the river.
