Morning all.

It's Champion's night on Ch 861 this evening.

7 - 8pm 

We follow the final stages of the Sunday Roller until there is a champion. Who will win it? Can't say, it's a secret.





8pm - 10 pm

A 2 hour Champions League Betting Special. The CL proper starts next week. Can an English club win it?




Don't forget, you can watch CL football on Sky Sports via Sky Go on your mobile.





10pm - 11pm 

Mastercash hour. Fancy being on t'telly? Take a seat at a Mastercash table, & it might just be the night we champion YOUR play.

We follow the late stages of the Tuesday Turbo Open. Remarkably, last week this had 794 runners, the biggest number of paid entries in any Sky Poker Tourney in 2014 so far. Even more remarkably, it was won by MAXALLY. Reckon he can do the double?

    Tonight's studio panel?

    Well Boycey is in the chair, as usual for these jobbies.

    The splendidly named Dale Tempest (when I hear his name, I always think "kaput, pow, zing") - will join us from SkyBet.com.

    Obscure Dale Tempest question.

    Prior to joining SkyBet, & apart from playing for a bunch of well known English clubs, Dale holds the record for being Leading Goalscorer on FIVE occasions.

    What League was that in? (The photo is NOT a clue). 





    We also have Alan Alger. Who he? Much respected in football betting, this man has a greater depth of knowledge on football than almost any man alive, he's a proper ledge.





    And finally, the Guest who received more nominations than anyone in a recent Community thread as "best 861 Guest", it's none other than Lord Grumpy himself.

    Here we see the man himself, in a very rare photo indeed - he actually looks happy. YBA.

    Sigh, less pictures of Nolan Dalla and more of Jess Wellman instead please!

    I remember Dale playing as a youngster for Fulham in the early 1980s. At the time we thought the Malcolm Macdonald days were as good as it was ever going to get down at Craven Cottage!
