Early Bird Bonus

I was just looking on the Sky Promos page and saw the page about the Early Bird bonus (playing at a cash table with 3 or less players).... I thought this had been removed ages ago.

Am I just going mad and it never got removed?

OR

It did get removed but has been put back in place and it just wasn't announced?

OR

It has been removed but Sky just haven't taken it off their promo page?

    Answer A is the one you're looking for, I think.

    Happy Hours went out a while ago but, as far as I remember, Early Bird has never been off the books.
