the thing about unknowns is they are not yet known to me, so the question is, do i need to give these opponents more respect and be aiming for show down more that anything?
how long should i spend analyzing my hand history?
He 3bets, you put him on JJ+ or AQ/AK so you decided to call the 3bet with AJ, a hand which is crushed by 100% of his range. The point of putting people on a range is so you can make good decisions... if 100% of their range crushes you, you fold.
Against randoms, I'd generally assume they are bad in some way, keep an eye on them. Randoms often call too much/too wide. At first it's gonna be basic but it all helps...
If they limp/call tons, then they are loose and passive. Therefore when they raise postflop, it probably means they've got the world... or at least what they think the world is which will usually be at least 2pr+. Don't fall into the trap of thinking 'nah they can't have a straight cos you need 47 to make a straight'. They're gonna play face up so if it looks like they've got it, they have, and they're limp/calling SO wide that I wouldn't rule out many (any?) hands pre.
So much to say but I'm tired atm.
3rd hand(bluff shoving Kings) - Sometimes before I bluff shove rivers I press all in, but before actually going through with it look to see what price I'm giving him on making the call. Normally if it's say about 2/1 or better I give up on the idea. People generally take there pot odds with 2pair or better I've found (him betting river weights him more toward sets/ flushes also I think).
Just a general thing about playing more random/unknown players, the thing I tend to do is play a lot more straightforward versus them for maybe two or three orbits until I feel I've got a bit of an idea of what they're like. Could be we're quite similar as I seem to struggle a lot with GTO(all you can do versus complete unknowns), but I really enjoy trying to figure people out and start to feel more and more comfortable the longer they're sat there.
hand 4 i did the donk bet on the flop because an A on the flop got me thinking right away he was going to Ch as i expected him to be overly worried of a call to make the cbet with weaker hands and as for Ax he will be playing them deceptive. when he min raised me on the turn i saw myself facing either two pair or a set. his raise preflop made it clear he has Ax two pairs or pocket pairs and now i see a second A come on the river and wonder could i have actually folded?
I did say in the chat box prior to calling "bet it's AQ"
the only TP i see doing a raise on turn is AK overall the river give it all because now i saw AK the only hand i'm beating, what i see myself loosing to is AQ, AA, QQ and 99 maybe A9 (although i think that would limp pre)
