Still no sky bet club password? FAO Sky

I'm still not getting the password sent to me? i fit the criteria and am forever getting texts from sky bet and sky poker but seem to have been left out again? i would email customer care but when the tournament starts within an hour thought it would be best to put on here, 

also any idea why i keep getting missed off when im signed up to receive texts and emails?

    yeah got an email through shortly after i posted, thanks sky! but would be nice if you could work out why i receive all sky bet/sky poker texts and emails but never for this?
