Is this rebuy from two weeks ago? I remember giving Rich some stick that week in the chat box and PokerTrev was on the table.

I would offer that as an excuse for any mistakes Richard makes but my trying to put him off probably couldn't make him any worse.

    Anna crushes cash
    out analyses Ross
    and plays better than Orford

Anna definitely a shoe-in for the next Sky poker analyst once Ross, the modern man, takes his paternity break

congrats to the two of you

I have three corners I think, Catchphrase bingo is not that great but still more exciting than the England game and on a level with Pretty in Pumps (channel 669 on your skybox).

Orange Anna features on Orford's Twitter profile...

Too much Sunny Delight has done that to you, Fowler.

On an unrelated note: Did you sit on your glasses or something?

The difference between a telegram & a telegraph is about as interesting as the difference between cement and concrete.

    from the dictionary

Informal. to divulge or indicate unwittingly (one's intention, nextoffensive move, etc.), as to an opponent or to an audience;broadcast:
The fighter telegraphed his punch and his opponent was able toparry it. If you act nervous too early in the scene, you'll telegraph thecharacter's guilt.

Oh come on Anna you watch UFC you surely must have heard Rogan commentating fighters punches being telegraphed "Look how tired he is Mike, his shots are really telegraphed now"

Telegraph is a term often used in football when they say that a player telegraphed the pass when an opponent intercepts it implying that the passer of the ball made it readable before he made the pass.

Ross is bang on Anna you just do not listen all that often but that's ok, nor do I, hence my lack of participation in the 2nd worst competition in sky poker tv history, seem to remember Orford doing much worse though

I have been forced to get out of bed by this telegraph/telegram debacle.

The typical use of the term "Telegraph" is to refer to the morse-code using system for delivery of short messages via an electical signal over a wire. The term "telegram" refers to the actual message itself. (Essentially, they're the same thing in common usage)

Now, it should also be said that the term "telegraph" is not limited to this medium. Instead it simply refers to a method of transmitting a message without it being physically carried from one place to another by courier. The "Tele" section of the word merely refers to the fact that it's being transmitted over a distance - Television, Telephone, etc.

So in fact, any method for transmitting information over a distance can be called a telegraph - Traffic lights, smoke signals.

Now don't make me get out of bed again. I'm very grumpy when I'm tired.

    Hi guys

Ross I folded the K10 as you had just shown my push with a flush draw (to make him fold) on the flop in a previous hand & thought i would be called light if they were watching this programme.

And from my exit hand that did happen......but it doesn't always work out how you planned

    sigh

It was a You Say We Pay style one but the delay in picture to the viewer describing the picture made it an absolute shambles
